Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed detached garage by virtue of its location in the front garden forward of the main building line of the street, its scale and bulk would be detrimental to the existing dwelling and incongruous in the wider street scene. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in the National Planning Policy Framework, Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and Design Supplement 7: Householder Alterations and Extensions of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide.
