Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/03753/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in natural slate for the roof to match the existing dwelling, and timber weatherboarding for the walls painted black or dark brown in colour, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in accordance with policies DM3 and DM13 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers PL/JL/01a, PL/JL/02a, PL/JL/03, PL/JL/04, PL/JL/05, PL/JL/06a.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
