Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey side extension would, because of its size, bulk and siting, appear unduly obtrusive and unacceptably overbearing to the occupiers of Nos. 35 and 36 Tennyson Avenue. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in the National Planning Policy Framework, Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and Design Supplement 7: Householder Alterations and Extensions of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide.
