Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed erection of a two storey side extension to be built close up to the shared boundary of the site with the house to the west will lead to a terracing effect which will be to the detriment of the character and appearance of the pair of houses and the visual amenities of the wider street scene. This will be in conflict with policy DM3 in the Core Strategy and Development Management Planning Document dated 2009 and Central Bedfordshire Council's design guide on House Alterations and Extensions.
