Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/04597/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Both prior to and during development, all tree protection recommendations and Special Methods No's 1 to 8 (inclusive), as outlined in Section 06 of the Tree Report, including Appendix Plan P2, as prepared by the John Cromar's Arboricultural Company (Document Ref 1-38-3335), dated 2nd November 2015, shall be fully implemented in the order stipulated.

Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of tree protection.
(Policy BE8, SBLPR and Sections 7 & 11, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1510-BR-101 Rev A, 1510-BR-102.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
