Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/01081
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The shed obstructs the turning area within the site thereby causing vehicles to reverse to or from the public highway and resulting in an increase in congestion and additional hazard for highway users and occupiers of the property. The development is therefore contrary to national guidance within Planning Policy Guidance 13, 'Transport', Planning Policy Statement 1, 'Delivering Sustainable Development', Planning Policy Statement 3, 'Housing' and Policy T10 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
