Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/01083
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) New external facing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) A wildlife survey of the site shall be undertaken and the results submitted to the District Planning Authority for consideration. Any requirements arising from the survey shall be carried out in accordance with details to be previously agreed in writing by the District Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
REASON: To ensure that provision is made for the protection of wildlife.
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 28/11/08, Block Plan received 12/12/08 and Proposed Elevational and Floor Plans received 28/11/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
