Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within four months of the date of this decision the shed shall be painted barn black.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the Conservation Area and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

2) This planning permission refers only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003, CBC/004.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
