Conditions or Reasons:
The proposed extension together with the introduction of numerous revised and enlarged window openings would introduce alien and inappropriate elements of domestic design which would detract from the historic plan form and traditional appearance of this group of buildings further removing them from their agricultural origins and further detracting from the historic contribution they make to the setting of the adjoining Grade II* listed church and the character and appearance of the Whipsnade Conservation Area. The proposal would therefore conflict with the aims of Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review and with advice contained in paragraphs 131 to 137 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
