Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/04696/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external materials for the construction of the exterior of the enlargement hereby permitted shall be carried out in the materials outlined under Section 11 of the application form, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality, in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
3) The building shall only be used for purposes ancillary to the enjoyment of the dwelling known as Briarswold, Haynes, MK45 3QG.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area, in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 15/306/01 Revision A; 15/306/02 Revision A; 15/306/03 Revision A; 15/306/04; 15/306/05; 15/306/06; 15/306/07; 15/306/08 Revision A; 15/306/09 Revision A; 15/306/10; 15/306/11; 15/306/12; 15/306/13; 15/306/14; and 15/306/15.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
