Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00063/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The premises shall only be used as a Martial Arts Training Centre, and for no other purpose in Class D.2 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification).
Reason: To control the development in the interests of amenity.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan, number CBC1.

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
