Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00142/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Following the carrying out or completion of the building operations or alterations for which consent is hereby granted, all making good of the existing building shall be carried out in materials and finishes which closely match, like for like, those historic materials and finishing details used in the existing building or structure.

Reason: To ensure that the special architectural and historic interest, character and appearance of the building are properly maintained. Section 12 NPPF.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 000; 209 Rev A; 210 Rev C; 205 Rev G.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
