Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00226/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The car parking, means of enclosure, bin storage and landscaping shown on drawing number CBC/003 shall be provided at the site within three months of the date of this decision and then maintained and retained for the duration of the residential use of the building.

Reason: To ensure that the development provides an acceptable standard of living accommodation for occupiers in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Central Bedfordshire Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide (2014).
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003 and P001

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
