Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 60 days of the date of this permission the development shall be completed in full accordance with the details shown on the approved drawings.
REASON: To control the development in interests of protecting the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, Schedule 2, Part 1 of the Town & Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, (including any Order amending, revoking or re-enacting that Order, with or without modification) no balustrading, or similar means of enclosing any part of any roof shall be erected (or otherwise installed), nor shall any part of any roof area be used as a balcony, roof garden, amenity or other sitting out area or similar purpose.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.

3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. 1 Rev.A received on 01/12/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
