Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00455/MW
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The sand storage unit shall be constructed within 6 months of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as
amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act.
2) The sand storage unit shall be removed from the site when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it is erected or within 6 months from the date of cessation of mineral extraction, whichever is the sooner, and the land covered by this unit shall be restored in accordance with the landscaping scheme required by condition 37 of planning permission 28/2008.

Reason: To provide for the satisfactory restoration of the site in accordance with policies GE9 and GE26 of the MWLP 2005.
3) Notwithstanding any indications to the contrary on elevational plan no. MOO.131 (k).D.002 the plastisol cladding on the unit shall be coloured goosewing grey.

Reason: In the interests of the visual amenity of the area in accordance with policy GE9 of the Bedfordshire and Luton Minerals and Waste Local Plan 2005.
