In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed development does not comply with the limitations and restrictions specified in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 ("the Order"), whereby the proposed development would extend more than 6 metres beyond the rear elevation of the dwellinghouse, and would also have a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse, thereby exceeding the limitation in paragraph A.1 (f) (g) and (j), Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order. Therefore, in accordance with paragraph A.4 (4) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order, the application for approval is refused and, as such, requires the benefit of planning permission. |
