Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00535/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Throughout the course of all construction work, all recommendations stipulated in the Arboricultural Method Statement, as included in Section 6 of the "Tree Survey Report', as prepared by RGS Arboricultural Consultants, dated January 2016, shall be strictly implemented in full accordance with the recommendations.

Reason: To prevent root damage being incurred to Lime trees T2 and T4, which are protected by Tree Preservation Order No. 18/2005, so as to maintain their health, anchorage and amenity value.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 9893 Existing, 9893 Proposed A, CBC/001, CBC/002.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
