Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00601/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The new stud walling to the corridor in Bed 3 shall be fixed in place with screws, as confirmed in writing by the agent by email dated 15 March 2016.

Reason: To ensure that the special architectural or historic interest of the building is properly preserved, maintained and enhanced, in accordance with standard conservation good practice.
(Policy BE8, SBLPR and Section 12, NPPF.)
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans and documents, Location Plan; 004 Rev C and Schedule of Additional Internal Works for Repairs and Alterations to Church Farmhouse.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and Schedule of Works and to avoid doubt.
