Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00677/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed entrance and courtyard canopies, shall be constructed in the materials, including detailing and rainwater goods, illustrated on drawing numbers: 9112/PL/017; 9112/PL/023; 9112-PL-033; 9112-PL-035; and 9112-PL-037, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect and enhance the architectural and historic interests of the Listed Building and its setting, in accordance with Policies CS13 and DM15 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the National Planning Policy Framework.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 9112/PL/001; 9112/PL/002; 9112/PL/010; 9112/PL/011; 9112/PL/012; 9112/PL/013; 9112/PL/014; 9112/PL/015; 9112/PL/017; 9112/PL/020; 9112/PL/021; 9112/PL/022; 9112/PL/023; 9112/PL/030; 9112/PL/031; 9112-PL-033; 9112-PL-035; and 9112-PL-037.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
