This permission is limited to a period expiring on 01/07/21 when the building shall be removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its retention.
Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires.

Prior to the installation of the building hereby approved, an Installation Method Statement shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval, clearly setting out a works procedure to be adopted during the installation of the temporary classroom, which will ensure that no damage will be incurred to the canopy of protected trees caused by installation operations.
Reason: To prevent damage to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order No. 2/1996, namely T8 and T9, where there is potential for direct canopy conflict and damage during classroom installation.

Prior to installation of the building hereby approved, access facilitation pruning shall be undertaken removing up to a maximum 500mm off the ends of the lower branches of trees T8 and T9 of Tree Preservation Order No. 2/1996, which shall be undertaken using light hand tools only, and to restrict the pruning only to those branches likely to be in direct conflict with the final positioning of the temporary classroom. The work shall be undertaken to BS 3998 : 2010 Tree Work - Recommendations" and shall be carried out by suitably qualified arborists that comply with the appropriate standard.
Reason: To ensure that only the minimum amount of pruning is carried out to the lower canopies of protected trees T8 and T9 in order to alleviate branch conflict and to accommodate the final position of the temporary classroom, but to prevent tree disfigurement and excessive pruning work, and to ensure that all tree work is undertaken to a high standard of workmanship.

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 13121 (D) 001 (existing), 13121 (D) 001 (proposed), PBSE4867A, PBSE4867B & PBSE4867.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. |
