Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00727/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall commence until a sample of the hanging tiles and a detailed schedule of all external finishes, including details of the new window, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development/work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the development/work is in keeping with the existing building. (Policies BE8 and H8 SBLPR & Section 12, NPPF).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans CBC1, CBC2 and CBC3.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
