Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00728/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall commence until a sample of the hanging tiles and a detailed schedule of all external finishes, including details of the new window, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development/work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the development/work is in keeping with the existing building. (Policies BE8 and H8 SBLPR & Section 12, NPPF)
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans CC1, CBC2 and CBC3.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
