Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/00819/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The internal timber and stonework cleaning hereby approved shall be carried out in strict accordance with the submitted Preparation and Cleaning Process method statements (Beaming Restorations) and Schedule of Additional Internal Works: Beam Cleaning, dated Jan. 2016 unless otherwise agreed in writing and in advance of implementation on site by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural interest and integrity of the building is conserved and maintained.

3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted drawings and documents: OS Location Plan, Dwg 004C, Preparation and Cleaning Process method statements (Beaming Restorations) and Schedule of Additional Internal Works: Beam Cleaning, dated Jan. 2016.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and statements and to avoid doubt.
