| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
2)
No above ground construction works shall take place until samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted have been provided on site for inspection and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities and historical significance of the locality.

3)
No work on the roof of the side extension hereby approved shall take place, notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, until details of the proposed roof light has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities and historical significance of the locality.

The single storey extension and terrace shall not be brought into use until details of the proposed screen on the west side of the terrace has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved scheme has been fully implemented. The screen shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To safeguard the amenity and privacy of residents and in the interest of the visual amenity of the area.

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers LOC-01, SP-01, SP-02, PL-01, PL-02, EX-01, EX-02.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. |
