| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

The remedial works hereby permitted shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the submitted drawn detail and accompanying work method statements/Engineers notes, (Robert Tucker Associates Drwgs. 3490/01 A and 3490/02 B) and any proposed/intended variation of work method and/or scope of remedial repairs to be made shall be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to being undertaken on site, and shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the special architectural or historic interest of the building or structure, its character and appearance is properly preserved, maintained and enhanced, in accordance with standard conservation good practice.

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of any works of internal and external 'making good', required as a result of the undertaking of the remedial work hereby approved, including details of final finishes and colours, as appropriate, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to the undertaking of the approved works on site, and shall thereafter be implemented strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the special architectural or historic interest of the building or structure, its character and appearance is properly preserved, maintained and enhanced, in accordance with standard conservation good practice.

This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3490/01 A and 3490/02 B, and the Schedule of Structural Repair Works dated March 2016.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and Schedule and to avoid doubt. |
