Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/01207/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The works hereby approved shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the submitted details, drawing numbers CBC/001, CBC/002 and the Method / Schedule of Works to be carried out at 44 New Road, Linslade dated March 9th 2016 by Crossin Plasterers. No variation to the method statement or additional work shall be carried out without the further agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and details and to avoid doubt.
