Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, by virtue of its siting, scale and form, result in development which would sit as an unsympathetic and incongruous feature in the streetscene to the detriment of the character and appearance of the area. As a result the development is contrary to policies CS14 and DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2009 and the advice within the National Planning Policy Framework.
