| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

The works hereby permitted shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the submitted details: Structural Inspection (David French Partnership, dated 11th January 2016, received 22nd March 2016, Schedule of Works and Specification for Remedial Works (David French Partnership ref.14390/JAE) and accompanying photographs (front and side elevations) with individual frame members cross-referenced by numbering, received 22nd March 2016, Drawing Nos. 14390/01. Proposed remedial repairs (David French Partnership, dated 16.03.16, received 22nd March 2016 and 14390/02A. Block and location plan, (David French Partnership) received 22nd March 2016 and details of any other work of 'opening -up', investigation and or remedial repairs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to being undertaken on site and shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and reports and to avoid doubt. |

The Contract Administrator/Engineer shall ensure the compilation of a photographic record throughout the progress of the approved work and shall supply a full copy of this photographic record, clearly labelled, to the Local Planning Authority upon completion of the approved works.
Reason: To record and advance understanding of the significance of the heritage asset, in accordance with paragraph 141 of the National Planning Policy Framework. (Section 12, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, no work shall take place on the reconstruction of the frame infill panel until samples of the brick to be used in the proposed reconstructed frame infill panels hereby approved have been made available on site for inspection and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved development shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance and integrity of the Grade II Listed Building in the interests of its character, appearance and historical significance. (Policy BE8 & Section 12, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and prior to commencement of the constructional phase of the development hereby approved, a full external finishes Schedule, including colours expressed as RAL nos. or demonstrated by colour swatches, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved development shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: The condition must be discharged prior to commencement to control the appearance and integrity of the Grade II Listed Building in the interests of its character, appearance and historical significance. (Policy BE8 & Section 12, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and prior to commencement of the constructional phase of the development hereby approved, written details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the permitted work shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details:- Lime mortar mixes (new brickwork, remedial work and repointing) Lime render mixes (external re-finishing) Lime plaster mixes (interior 'making good') Infill panel brick bond (panel reconstruction) Brickwork jointwork (pointing) profile and finishing
