Conditions or Reasons:
1) The external strip lighting shall be removed within 2 months of the date of this consent unless the strip lighting cover has been painted in a colour to match the main colour of the advertisement fascia. It shall thereafter be retained as such unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally to complement the existing signage, in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and the listed building.
(Policy BE8 and Section 12 NPPF).
2) The external chimney duct shall at all times be maintained to match the colour of the main building, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and the appearance of the listed building.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 16008-JAM-FP-OS Rev B, BP Rev B, EO1 Rev B, EO3 Rev B, PO1 Rev B, P02 Rev B, P03 Rev B and DT01 Rev B.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
