Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/01315/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The work shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans and documents, numbers Sheet 1 of 3, Sheet 2 of 3, Sheet 3 of 3, SP 9620 and Design & Access: Schedule of External Finishes to Church Farmhouse, Eaton Bray dated March 2016.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and documents and to avoid doubt.
