Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/01531/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period of 5 years from the date of grant after which the use shall be discontinued and the mobile catering van and any associated structures removed unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its continuation.

Reason: The structure concerned is not of permanent construction and its long-term siting would be detrimental to the character and appearance of the area and to ensure the development would not prejudice the redevelopment of the station forecourt.

2) The catering van hereby permitted shall only be open to the public between the hours of 0600 - 1600 Monday to Friday and 0730 - 14.30 on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays.

Reason: In the interests of residential amenity.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number CBC/001

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
