Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/01564/PAAD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby granted prior approval shall be completed within three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Paragraph Q.2 (3) of Class Q of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015.
2) A scheme shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority indicating the position and type of boundary treatment to be erected around the curtilage of the site as defined on approved drawing no. 3023/1B. The boundary treatment shall be completed in accordance with the approved scheme before the dwelling is first occupied and shall be retained thereafter.

Reason: To prevent the encroachment of the residential curtilage into the countryside
(Section 7, NPPF)
3) Within one month of occupation of the converted barn hereby approved, the temporary mobile home approved under planning reference CB/13/03404/FULL shall be removed from the site.

Reason: To overcome highway concerns regarding the increased use of a substandard access. (Policy DM3, CSDM)
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SE3023/1B

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
