Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey side extension would, because of its size, siting, projection forward of the building line of the row of terraced houses and unsympathetic non-subservient design, be out of character with, and would unbalance, the row of terraced dwellinghouses, causing harm to the character and appearance of the area, contrary to Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review, technical guidance in the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide (2014) and the principles of good design within Section 7 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
