Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development involves internal and external works to the walls and roof structure of a range of traditional rural buildings which have the potential to provide shelter and habitat to protected species, which could be affected by the works. No protected species survey has been provided in order for the Local Planning Authority to assess the likely impact, and therefore the Local Planning Authority does not have sufficient information to carry out its statutory duties under the E.E.C Directive (92/43/EEC) associated European legislation and the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policies CS18 and DM15 of the Adopted Central Bedfordshire Core Strategy and development Management Policies 2009.
