Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/01826/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No activity or process involving the spray application of a surface coating to parts of a motor vehicle shall be undertaken until a scheme demonstrating how emissions to air will be controlled has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The operation shall then continue in complete accordance with the scheme

Reason: In the interests of human health. (Section 12, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers A.102, A101 & A.501.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
