Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within 3 months of the date of this decision full details of both hard and soft landscaping shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented by the end of the first full planting season immediately following the date of this decision (a full planting season means the period from October to March). The trees, shrubs and grass shall subsequently be maintained in accordance with the approved landscape maintenance scheme and any which die or are destroyed during this period shall be replaced during the next planting season.

Reason: In order to ensure that the landscaping is carried out within a reasonable period in the interest of the visual amenities of the area.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R. & Section 7 of the NPPF).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the CBC/001 (Site Location Plan dated 12 July 2016), CBC/002 (Block Plan) and HMEP/1100/09 Rev 1 (Footway Construction Details) or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
