Conditions or Reasons:
1) In the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, the proposed development does not comply with the limitations and restrictions specified in Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 ("the Order"), whereby the proposed development would be on Article 2(3) land, i.e. the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, thereby failing to comply with paragraph A.1(g), Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Order. The application for prior approval is therefore refused and, as such, requires the benefit of planning permission.
