Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/02425/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than 7 August 2018.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers :-

DOC - 1 July 2016 - Parking/turning plan, Received on 22 August 2016.

CBC - 001 - Location plan, Received on 12 June 2016.

S415 - Building and Site Plan (As approved under ref 15/02222/FULL) - Received on 12 June 2015.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The premises hereby approved shall be used for the purpose of boarding a maximum of 14 cats only, except when necessary to house members of the same family of cats within one individual pen, and then no more than 2 such pens may be occupied by families of cats or multiple occupation of a pen, at any one time. No animals other than cats shall be boarded at the site.

Reason: To protect residential amenity.
4) The development shall not be occupied or brought into use until the parking and turning scheme shown on Drawing No:-
DOC - 1 July 2016 - Parking/turning plan, Received on 22 August 2016, has been completed. The scheme shall thereafter be retained for this purpose.

Reason: To ensure provision for car parking and turning for a waste collection vehicle, clear of the highway.
