Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/02528/PASD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Prior to the use hereby permitted first being occupied a noise management scheme shall be submitted to and and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Any necessary scheme shall thereafter be implemented prior to occupation of the use hereby permitted and retained throughout the life of the development. 

Reason: To protect the residential amenity of future occupiers
(Policy BE8 SBLPR & Section 11, NPPF)
2) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SU-01, SK-01B & SK-02.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
