Conditions or Reasons:
1) The hairdresser use hereby permitted shall be discontinued on or before 02/09/2017 unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted planning permission for its continuation.

Reason: To allow the Local Planning Authority to review the use when the permission expires.

2) The hairdressing business hereby permitted shall only be undertaken within the area indicated on drawing number: 29 River View Showing Ground Floor Plan.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area, in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the National Planning Policy Framework.
2) The hairdressing business hereby permitted shall only be undertaken within the area indicated on drawing number: 29 River View Showing Ground Floor Plan.

3) The hairdresser use hereby permitted shall only be operated between the hours of 9:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday and not at all on Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy, in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the National Planning Policy Framework.
