Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/02645/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The building hereby approved shall be used only for a equipment storage for the kennel accomodation within Ion Bridge Farm, Gravenhurst and for workshop and equipment storage for agricultural purposes as defined in Section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Reason: To ensure that the building is used for agricultural purposes only since it lies within a rural area where restrictive planning policies apply and where only that development needed to meet the essential requirements of the locality is permitted in accordance with Policies CS14 and DM3 of the Central Bedfordshire (North) Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: CBC/001 and 3/16.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
