Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the collapsed boundary wall.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted would preserve the site and setting of the listed building and the character of the conservation area (Section 12, NPPF).
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 16/22731/01; 16/22731/SK1/P3; 16/22731/SK100/P1.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
