Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/02862/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Details of tree protection fencing measures to be used during the construction works through the storage of materials on the site shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority of a detail and distance as specified in BS5837 2012 Trees in relation to Design, Demolition and Construction. Recommendations.

Reason: To safeguard the Walnut Tree and other trees on the site which are covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/01, WHEEL/101P/Sk/A/16 and WHEEL/102P/Sk/A/16.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
