Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/03215/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The existing hedgeline of Thuja plicata trees located along the rear boundary of the application site and planted as part of the boundary treatment required in accordance with condition number 10 of planning permission CB/14/03727 dated 26/11/2014 shall be maintained in perpetuity to a height of at least 2.5 metres above the adjoining ground level at the site and any trees which die or are destroyed shall be replaced with the same or similar species and size of tree during the next planting season and maintained until established.

Reason: To ensure an acceptable standard of landscaping is maintained to protect the neighbouring amenity of occupiers of properties in Jeans Way.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003, CBC/004, CBC/005 and CBC/006.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
