Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/09/00197/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before development begins, the applicant shall enter into a Planning Agreement with the Local Planning Authority pursuant to Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to secure the revocation of Planning Permission SB/TP/07/0275.
REASON: To prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions and to safeguard the openness of the Green Belt.

3) The polytunnel hereby approved shall only be used for purposes incidental to the use of the dwelling for residential purposes and no trade or business shall be carried out therefrom.
REASON: To prevent the introduction of any commercial use.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No.'s 100.54 & mp.25 received 25/03/09 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
