Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/03237/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The outbuilding hereby approved shall only be used for the storage of classic cars owned by the applicant and for other purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse.

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.

3) The outbuilding shall be finished in the materials specified on the application form which accompanied the application, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials that would complement the locality.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003, CBC/004, CBC/005, CBC/006, CBC/007, CBC/008.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
