Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed variation of condition to allow some activities to be carried out at the site between 06:00 and 07:00, would by reason of increased noise generation and the characteristics of the additional noise, activities and general disturbance at unsociable hours result in an undesirable and unacceptable intensification of the operations on the site to the detriment of the residential amenity of the occupiers of nearby dwellings; as such the proposal would not represent sustainable development and is contrary to Policy BE8 Design Considerations of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review Policies and the provisions of the National Planning Framework, particularly paragraph 123.
