Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/03412/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The home office accommodation hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 12 Ashburnham Road.

Reason: The office accommodation created within the residential dwelling is not suitable to be used as a separate, independent business unit given its location, means of access and parking provision which would be inappropriate in highway terms in this location.
2) The first floor and second floor windows in the side (south facing) elevation of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times and shall be non-opening, unless the parts of the windows which can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the rooms in which the windows are installed. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the side elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties
3) The first floor ensuite windows in the side (north facing) elevation of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times and shall be non-opening, unless the parts of the windows which can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the rooms in which the windows are installed. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the side elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers DDBR-0022 REV E (ground & first floor plans); DDBR-0022 REV F (basement & elevations); DDBR-0022 REV C (sections & specifications)

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
