Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/09/00205/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development shall only be carried out in complete accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
REASON: To ensure no variation from the approved plans.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) The dormer windows to be constructed on the east-facing roofslope shown on Drawing No. Pitkeathly/001 received 22/05/09 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No's. Pitkeathly/001 and Pitkeathly/001 (Sections) received 22/05/09 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawing and to avoid doubt.
