Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/16/03514/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and prior to the work of installation of the exterior lighting hereby approved, full details of the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved development shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details:

finalised location and number of lighting units to be installed;

final colour finish of light unit housings (including cowling, as appropriate) and associated cabling;

a written specification/method statement for any works of external 'making-good' required as a result of the implementation of the lighting installations hereby approved.

Reason: To ensure that the approved development is carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic fabric, significance and traditional character of the listed building and to safeguard the character and appearance of the designated Conservation Area in which the building is located.

3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1530-01 & CBC-001.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
